Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
